From the Editor: October
Just one question for you this month, just one: is being stuck behind the desk any way for a motorboater to spend a month of the season? The fact is, there has been so much to do this month that I haven't been out on the water. At all. Not once. Isn't that shocking? As I write this, Neale and Claire are leading the MBM Cruise Club back from Belgium and Holland. Rob is in Italy testing Evinrude's latest outboards, Mark is on the water (as usual) and me... I'm here in the office. At least there are some good reasons why I've been so busy. For a start, you'll notice a few changes to MBM this month. On page 80 is the new 'Ask the Experts' section, which is your chance to put queries to our dream team of motorboating maestros. We've handpicked some of the leading luminaries - from inside and outside the MBM writing team - and we'll try our best to handle anything you can throw at us. This is the just the beginning of the changes we're planning to MBM, and I hope you'll enjoy the improvements. MBM has always been the magazine written by motorboaters for motorboaters, and we've always been unique in our technical, hands-on approach. That's one thing that won't be changing: MBM will always be the best way to get the most out of your boat. Enjoy the issue.
