News from X-To-Sea

Last night we changed to our F.H. headsail (so nicknamed because it is rather huge).

Our only non-Aussie, Anita, has been learning our slang and with all the sail changes and spinnaker work she now knows all about being "flat out like a lizard drinking." We insist that she loses her American twang by St Lucia and she says she will do the best she can given that she's on a boat "as flash as a rat with a gold tooth."

The gourmet galley has been in full swing. French toast for breakfast, moussaka and pineapple upside down cake for dessert. No sign of other boats anywhere on the horizon, are we out here alone?
