A developing low pressure to the west of Valencia sees a return to light southerly gradient winds, but substantial high cloud cover limits the development of sea breezes.
Wind starts 5-7 knots east southeast, then builds and gradually to a peak of 9-11 knots by late afternoon and veers to southeast.
