At 0858 and 53 seconds this morning Mike Slade's 100 foot Farr-designed canting keel ICAP Leopard crossed the Fastnet Race finish line in Plymouth in an incredible elapsed time of 1 day 20 hours 18 minutes.
Having trailed the 90-foot Rambler by just three seconds at the Fastnet, Leopard turned on the afterburners and rocketed to the finish 251 miles away in just 15 hours.
