Bluewater Algarve are organising another Fun Sailing Weekend for Cruisers, in association with the Marina de Lagos and the Clube Vela de Lagos. This time the location is Lagos on the South Coast of sunny Portugal. Following on from the tremendous success and popularity of the last event held in Portimao in July, approximately 25 boats are expected to take part.

Due to the timing the event will have a Halloween theme, and should provide lots of fun both on and off the water. There will be a total of five races (to include one long race on a suitable day).
The event is amazing value for money: fees are only 40 euros for skipper and boat and 30 euros for each crew for the whole event. This includes:
• Berthing in Lagos Marina from midday on 30th October to midday on 3rd November
• Drinks at the end of each day with daily results announcements
• Results, final overall placings and prizegiving at a themed Halloween Party with food, drink and live music on the final evening - 2nd November. This will be at the lovely Portal do Infante Restaurant on the Marina itself.
• Boats inscribed by 23rd October receive FREE race shirts for all crew.
• DVD of race and party photos
Those who don't want to sail can still take part in the social events for a fee of 30 euros, which covers all three days. Also, if anyone has a boat and are looking for crew, or would like to join a boat as crew, Bluewater will be very pleased to put them together for some fun sailing!
