Boat Details

The Seachange 43 is a true ocean going pilothouse with a heavy displacement and yawl rig providing extra balance.

She has been completely refurbished in the last 4 years. The re-furbishment includes, new teak decking, re-furbished engine, re-wired, new head and hull linings, insulated throughout, new upholstery, new rigging and much much more.

Designed in partnership with Julian Everitt, well known for his racing yachts and David Dry, an Architect and Interior Designer she is ideal as that go anywhere yacht" or a liveaboard.

The accommodation is vast for a 43 footer, with a large aft owners cabin with ensuite heads and shower compartment. The wheelhouse is completely enclosed offering full and clear visibality along with all weather helm protection.

With her insulation properties and Webasto wet heating system she is a perfect all weather yacht, liveaboard and an opportunity, on a sensible budget to live the dream.

There is nothing else to really compare this yacht against and must be seen to understand her true qualities

This Seachange 43 has been built in GRP using the C-Flex construction method. Built by Woof Boats in the UK.

C-Flex is a unidirectional fiberglass building material originally developed for the manufacturing of custom boats. Since its invention, countless structures, marine and otherwise, of all shapes, sizes and complexity have been affordably built using this simple construction method. The design of C-Flex allows any form to be built using simple and inexpensive framing procedures instead of costly molding methods.

Each "plank" of C-Flex contains small semi-rigid rods in the longitudinal direction. These rods allow the fiberglass to hold its form while resin is applied to the cloth. This eliminates the need for a full mould as is used in traditional fiberglass construction.

As a result you have a very strong and heavy dispalcement go anywhere yacht. Its full dimensions are:

Displacement:   10,440kgs  (23,000lbs)
Ballast:               5450kgs    (12,000lbs)
