The Fantasi 44 is an iconic yacht with sweet lines from Gabriel Hayman and built beautifully in Scandinavia. There are few of them on the planet and when one comes into brokerage captivity it is a rare occurrence. This yacht has been much updated in this ownership, including deep servicing throughout, new sails, new watermaker and much more. A pretty deck saloon yacht with fantastic protected aft cockpit, great accommodation, and she sails beautifully.


RCD Status: The yacht conforms with the essential safety requirements of Directive 94/25EC or RCDII (2013/53/EU as appropriate (Recreational Craft Directive) and is categorised A – “Ocean”


Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:

  • Hull: white.
  • Cockpit railing in teak.
  • The centre part of the rear of the cockpit opens aft to form a bathing platform.
  • Deck water is removed by 4 off 35 mm internal drains.
  • Deck is covered with 45x12 mm. caulked teak.
  • Fitting of 2 zinc-anodes.


Keel & Rudder:

  • Bulbous lead keel bolted with 20 mm acid resisting bolts.
  • Dividing line between hull and lead keel is stepped to resist for and aft movement (shearing).
  • Balanced rudder GRP with 80 mm aluminum stock, roller bearings and cast bronze mounting, bolted to a substantial skeg. Whitlock cobra steering with link arm.


Engine & Gearboxes:

  • 1 x Yanmar 4JH3TBE 75 KM4A.


Maintenance & Performance:

  • ROSE SALTER’s machinery has been maintained in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations.
