Try Telepolis.com. You can enter the home page in the UK and on one of the tabs at the top of the page it says connecte internet; this is a small programme for configuring your computer to Telepolis. Have been using it for over two years with no problems. Movistar have a special number of 550 but this usually busy but with over sixty local numbers the max cost on the CORRECT movistar simm card is 25pence a min daytime and 9p a min between 4pm and 4am and all day Sunday.
