Northney Marina....any feedback?

Has anyone got any comments(good or bad) about this marina?

I went there last year for a test drive in a boat I almost bought. It looked very nice and all tides access was a big plus. On the downside there are many facilities, it's in the middle of nowhere and it costs a fortune for what you get.

mdl prices and absoulutely sod all there

No petrol: plans to expand and develop 2nd basin at present mud flats: storage ashore limited. Exiting to turn right (back to A/M 27) a nightmare in Summer. Pricing. These are some of the offputting factors for me. One big plus is no lock.
