Trying to identify my classic cruiser

I have purchased a cruiser with traditional Bates fittings, although I do not believe her to be a Bates due to her construction. She is 1950's (I believe) and called Pendragon. I have pictures of her and am trying to identify her builder so that I can reinstate certain features sympathetically, which have been sawn off(!!) courtesy of a previous owner. If anyone can help me I would be really grateful. I have pictures I can email.
