Social opportunity in Lowestoft

I hope this is not seen as a commerical post and if so i will remove it. We are launching Boatshed Suffolk and to mark the occassion we are holding a party at the Royal Norfolk and Suffolk Yacht Club on Friday 30th March between 3pm and 7pm. Nothing more than a free glasses of fizzy wine but any East Coast members are more than welcome to join us.

It would be good to put faces to some of the names

Bit of an odd time though 3-7pm on a Friday? I am not even home for the weekend by then!

Thanks Jim, the time is intended to draw a mix of industry types looking to finsh the week off with a drink and an excuse to pack up early and at the same time try and catch boaters looking to start the weekend with a drink and give them an excuse to sneak off early!!

I am sure the RNSYC will not kick us out at 7:00 if there are people wanting to keep the bar staff busy.

Like FC, I'd struggle to be there for those times, but I also wish you luck... I really like the Boatshed concept, and it'll be nice to see it properly represented in Suffolk.
