One of the best restaurants I've found on the coast. Not the cheapest but definetly value for money.
Would stop in Torquay just to go there.
Very small establishment,300 meters from the marina.
Chef will come and talk to you and is quite happy to make something if it's not on the menu.
Watch out for George the pet seagull.
