Think the chances of reaching Heathrow for 0430 on the tuesday morning are already starting to look bleak.
Perhaps another sweepstake?

You will have plenty of time to catch up on your sleep once you set sail /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Ah yes, tho tcm's record of making early morning flights (or any flights) after a night's drinking is not great. Think it only right tho that everyone should be invited even if they're nowhere near London.
All they need to do on monday night is get quietly pissed and raise a glass, or anything really, in our direction.

... or even noisily pissed...

Absolutely. Understand there may be a parallel 'do' in Oxford, if not across the whole country..

I'll be raising a glass in Wilts

Cheers Brendan

Is this still happening this evening?

that seems like an excuse for you and Douglas to avoid buying the rest of us a drink ..... par for the course, I spose.

I've just drunk half a bottle of wine and none of you miserable barstewards has offered me a drink....

I hope that the particiapnts will be safely tucked up in bed by 9, they've got a long day ahead, sharing a plane with para and tcm. Still they haven't got Stingo as well otherwise it would be time for the Mogadon.

Eating (and therefore drinking) ceased at about 2245 before tcm and elements of his brave crew retired to tcm towers to presumably do a bit more drinking...I think the plan is to stay up all night to make sure they don't miss the flight :-)

BrendanS
24-04-07, 01:22
very sensible. Going to sleep might mean missing the flight.

No1_Moose

no no no, going to sleep would mean missing the flight!

So your mission

should you choose to accept it

is to make sure they don't miss the bloody flight
