St Vaast Approaches

I hope someone can help

I've corrected my French charts for the area and they have a movement in Sept 2000 of the La Gavendest South cardinal to a point approx 0.25miles south - also they show it as lit.
However, I've received some race instructions with the "original" unlit South Cardinal as a turning mark.
Has anybody been there recently and if so, is there still an unlit SOuth cardinal at 49 34.7 N ?

They moved the cardinal some months prior to the N to M being issued over here, but I don't recall an additional buoy being on station in its place.
