We are replacing ours in the spring - you are welcome to the old one for the cost of postage!
The cups have come off and I think there is an issue with the magnets inside as the direction only works on one side.

I found the magnet corroded in my vane, I managed to shave it so it was more balanced, but am not happy with it.

It is a spare available from most dealers.
