Forget eating in Dover

Stopped in Dover on a delivery last year and went ashore to eat in the evening, didn't want anything fancy just pub grub but had to scour the town before we found one that did food. while looking for said pub we didn't even pass any restaurants or lowly fish and chip shops which in our malnourished state would have done, even the ubiquitous Macdonalds was missing or perhaps we just never wandered down the right road.

Should of used the Royal Cinq Ports YC, right by the marina.
Friendly people, good grub and good prices.

Good Indian on the main road that runs parralel to the coast, cant remember it's name though, Also theres a weatherspoons in town I think, there always good value.
Apart from that theres not a lot to offer

Really good (and child very friendly) Italian - think called Topo Gigio's. Excellent food and great value. Highly recomend it.
