Pages Hanging

I'm still having problems with the forum freezing. I thought it may be my computer but I can navigate around ebay or the Lottery site or even other forums using vBulletin without any hanging pages.
It will usually happen using Quick Reply or changing forums. But often it will work perfectly well for a few minutes (very fast actually) and then stick on a normal request.
Often if I close the window and re-enter the forums it's all back to full speed.

Is this a software issue? I looked at vBulletin's own user forum and there are reams of questions about similar problems. All seemingly with complex answers.

It's a bit tricky to find a solution to this as we're not having any problems here - the performance has been good since we relaunched and that goes for using form home too. Is anyone else having a problem with this?

It's quite possibly my PC or the lousy BT broadband here. I did have a similar problem on the old forum a couple of years ago, but can't remember the solution.
