Seagull or outboard needed

Hi, we are stuck on a mooring in a very tidal river in Chichester. We had our outboard stolen a couple of weeks ago, and are now stuck here untill we get slack water as its too risky to row the inflatable.

I am on limited funds and am looking for an unwanted seagull or small outboard (upto 8hp). I have several boat items i am willing to throw into the deal, but more than anything i would be so appreciative if someone could throw us a lifeline(the petrol type!) My partner will even cook you a meal!

I am so in need of an engine i am willing to swap my brand new chart plotter (lowrance) £500 for a good engine.

i have an old seagull engine which will require a service and a throttly cable ran ok when i had it. Its long shaft of unknown HP but think its about 3-4hp if any help. Dont want to swap it for the Lowrance.
