The boats water tanks and other items plus the negative of the battery are connected to a dynaplate in saltwater, (a thruhull). (The battery positive and the dynaplate bolt show 13.7v)

Can I connect the SSB ATU to this ground, without a problem.

More explanation please........ " the dynaplate bolt shows 13.7V". Shouln't it be just the same as the battery negative?
