Can any one tell me how easy it is to purchase alfuzosin in the Algarve and any idea as to the local price.

I assume most pharmacies would sell it, it's not an uncommon drug. If you have an empty box you don't normally need a prescription (assuming it's a prescrption drug). All prescription medicines in Portugal are much cheaper than the UK.
