If you're in DIY mood, a good cradle can be put together from scaffolding poles using the joints you see on handrails (Tubeclamps). I used these for my Weston 8500, 27ft 2800kgs, with Acros for the leg adjusters. Another owner of a Varne 27 (basically the same boat) in Edinburgh found some adjustable feet for scaffolding which saved him a lot against the price of Acros.
