Just to confirm the next pub meet will be held on Wednesday April 21st at the new venue which is the Wellington Arms in Sandhurst.
Map and pub details can be found here (http://www.thewellingtonarms.co.uk/contact_us.html)
I have spoken to the pub and said I would let them know rough numbers, so if you could post on here if you are planning to come that would be great.
As always, anyone from the forum is welcome and if you want any further details you can pm me.
Cheers
Jez
Looking forward to it! :)
OK Jez, guess I will see if I can navigate myself there next Wednesday. I think it can get a bit rough down the Wokingham Road and a few hazards to negotiate in Sandhurst (Speed Cameras) so will check the charts carefully :D
Look forward to seeing you all. 7.30 ish ?

Well i understand its a bit of a trek. Best make sure your plotter is up to date and you are carrying engine spares (you will be coming into Hampshire for a bit after all).
Since its quite a long trip, you might be able to persuade Rick to come along as crew.
See you around 7.30 with any luck :)

I think you might be travelling out of Berkshire.
Better make sure that Surrey doesnt have landing fees like Tunisia and remember to stand up straight when Jez asks you for your pasport!!!
We might be able to make it but I think it is unlikely this time.
Jez - you must have posted this from Poole
Seeing as its close I will come down and say hello with the wife.
Jez
Count me in - see you there.
What time does it kick off and is it beer or beer and food?

Right, the pub know we are coming and will set a couple of tables aside for us which is good.
Andy, its Beer and Food if you want it. However, they close the kitchens at 8.45, so if you want food you need to order by 8.30
Thing usually kick off between 7 and 7.30. I will be there around 7.15 I imagine
Change of plans
We are planning on being there.
Unless the ash cloud descends over the M4/M5.

Just follow the silver/ash road directly to Gods own county. Not sure that Jez is sure of the county that the Wellington Arms, Sandhurst, Berks is in.
;);) ''(you will be coming into Hampshire for a bit after all)''.:confused:
Look forward to seeing you all

I hope you will come again.
Thanks Jez for setting it up.
Venue seems to have been well recieved by all, so well done Jez!
Good to see so many familiar faces plus Tom for the first time. Hopefully you will be carrying good reports of the Berks/Hants/Surrey mob back to the mudlarks on the E coast. :D:D
Well done Jez, Great venue with great food. Excellent company as always and nice to see a new face. A long trip for you Tom but hope to see you again.
We found our way to the corner of Berkshire OK Jez without having to touch North Hampshire:D:D:D
But then I did have a fully qualified skipper;);)
Thanks for the lift Rick, have a good trip this weekend, Bon Voyage Trogdor.

Agree it was a good choice of venue, food was quick and tasted good.
Glad I made it back in time to catch up with you all even if I was a bit exhausted from my mamouth cross Europe lorry trip!!!
