Required classes limits od dimensions, rules - in brief, maybe photos, etc.
We're writing a historical reveiv of open classes development, so that is interesting.

You want to be carefull about these classes since there were very active national rules in Germany and the Netherlands, very different from the "international" rules current in the UK and Scandinavia.

It's a swedish boat design. The name Skerry cruiser comes from the swedish word Skjærgårdskrysser. The first site I wrote down is the swedish skerry cruiser organisation. The other is from the M båtorganisation, a 'subclass' wich evolved from the skjærgårdscruiser.
