The Sportsmans

is a quality find, probably need a car though. It's on the back road from Cowes to Shalfleet. Very friendly staff and top food, does kids as well. Furthermore, you don't get charged Cowes prices!

Ummm... poached, best kind, you would have to ask for them from the "under-the-counter" menu though!
