Diesel inboard engine up to 18 hp

I have a boat that the inboard engine was errrr ummm "nicked" from previous owner and I am looking to replace the empty space with an engine :D.
There is a reasonable space to put it in and I have a choice of props.

I have a fischer panda 12kva genset that has a 4 cylinder kubota engine with a water cooled manifold but no heat exchanger so could either be direct or keel cooled, not sure of the condition of the genset part but was told it is ok, is it any good to you for the engine? view it in nottinghamshire can deliver to southampton area.

My insurance company are trying to sell the wreck of my boat which contains a Volvo D1-13 and and Aquadrive. They would probably take about £1500 for the whole thing. PM me if you are interested!
