Bequia. Or head further north to Rodney Bay, St Lucia (about 74NM iirc) and join the ARC party.

If you can spend a few days "doing nothing" then the Tabago Cays is the best stop out there, if on the other hand you are with a bunch who want to go out and party then Bequia is the place to hang out.

If you have the time Bequia new years eve or as the locals call it Old years night is an amazing sight with most of the bay full and every one having a great time going from bar to bar.

Done that a few times and always a great experience.

Find out where the watch night service will be in Bequia, the one with the choir. Uplifting.

Another vote for Admiralty Bay, Bequia.

Not Tobago Cays though, which may have once been the most beautiful anchorage in the world, but now you would hardly notice as you jostle for position with hundreds of other charter yachts while the boat-boys buzz around in their pirogues selling souvenir T-shirts.

My best Xmas in the WI was spent partying at Foxy's on Jost Van Dyke (BVI). Recommended!

It is a long time ago now, but when we were cruising the West Indies in 1991/92, people on boats that were leaving an anchorage didn't say 'goodbye', they said 'See you at Christmas in Bequia.'
There were at least 200 cruisers there, and there was a great atmosphere. I have fond memories of the charity fund raising race around the island on boxing day, on a Swan 36 called Just Jos. It started with the boats at anchor off of the' Yacht club', a shack on beach, with all sails down, and the skipper on the beach with a glass of rum in his hand. At the starting gun the skipper drank the rum, and made his way to his boat by any means he fancied, sailed whichever way round the island he fancied, and the winner was the first Skipper to down his rum back at the club! Just Jos won lots of prizes, -1st overall, 1st live-aboard, biggest fish caught during the race [a three foot Kingfish] and they were shared between the crew. Our share was a lobster pizza at a local restaurant.
Is there anything as decadent as a Lobster pizza?

Hi Mark

The carenage bay resort here on Canouan do a US$200 day pass which includes a golf cart, and meals. It is currently undergoing a major restoration re-opens mid October.

Are they still waiting on their cement delivery?

They are pouring close to 1,000 cubic yards of cement a week currently.
