Anyone fancy debating Bridlington as a possible solution to tcm's dilemma regarding D2 next year?

I'm around and about in london on the 10th. Now seeing as "The Prince of Wales" is not an uncommon name for pubs around and about town. Which one is it or do we all go into a different one and let the law of averages take control!

It's on the corner of Drury Lane and Long Acre. I've got a lunchtime meeting but should be finished by 6pm. /forums/images/icons/crazy.gif

Now I've got to ask myself. Just being kicked out of the pub, after rubbing shoulders with a certain G Best, can I stand another pint and whats the logistical possibilities of me being in the area around 1800 hrs............what beer do they sell, dunno give me a call to see where I am!

I hope to make it there. Prince of Wales seems both central and somewhat topical.

I have narrowed down the activities that the Prince of Wales is denying. I am hoping that he wil eventually confess to one or more of the items below

1) buiying or at least admiring a piece of art or architecture which postdates 1880
2) playing air guitar, quite well.
3) discussing the likely outcome of the 2003-2004 premiership
4) nicking someone's pint, or at least discussing whose round it is
5) admitting that, yes, 60's aston martins are indeed ****e cars
6) being a bit **** at polo, and sick to death of horsey sports
7) being not too bright, and secretly amazed that he managed to get a Third at uni
8) ogling boaty magazines and planning to buy a massive boat.

He might otherwise have done something rude, tho this not so interesting or relevant to anyone else, really.

It might be that his pony keeps tossing him off !

Unfortutely I can't be there as I'm working from home today .. however I'm not sure, for legal as well as aesthetic reasons, if I'd like to be photographed in The Prince of Wales
