I would reinforce the advice about keeping warm. We sailed back from Nieuwpoort (just west of Oostend) on Sunday & Monday this week. Despite the fact that on land there was a mini-heatwave, it was bitterly cold at sea, as the wind is blowing over a particularly cold North Sea this yesr. Still, it was a very enjoyable sail.
