Try eBay - Eberspacher spares seem to come up quite often

Tried that. No skin fittings though...

Mike, to make exhausts for eberspachers in the past I have used shim stock to pack the exhaust pipe on the heater to fit the nearest size compression fitting for copper tubing then standard copper pipe thereafter. This also enables you to use those dinky bendable copper pipes used for final connections to sinks etc. Have done this for a few years and never burnt one out.
Of course I would never suggest anybody else try this slipshod cheapskate improvisation.

Hi
A seller by the name of "aerbeau"
is often on ebay and sele eberspacher stuff. I got a skin fitting from him for £50 he has exhaust too.

The exhaust on Eberspachers is 1" standard stainless tube similar to that used for pulpits etc. Rather than use copper I believe the necessary pipework can be easily made from this as I have pipe bending gear to suit. For a skin fitting in the past I have used a standard 1 1/2" skin fitting and stuffed the difference with heatproof glass tape (obtainable from ASAP supplies or indeed Wickes builders merchants) If no one comes up with any second hand skin fittings (they are extremely expensive new) I will probably do the same again. But thanks for the suggestion. Don't see why your idea would not work either but I would certainly lag it with glass tape especially in copper!

Yes - I've also just sourced a few bits from him including a skin fitting - all excellent and very good service.
