Will be putting together an informal meet early in the season, I am based at Langstone so if any any other steel boats want to meet up drop a line and we can work something out, as an experiment it will be only word of mouth and internet advertised. Any takers? ( and of course there will be a real ale establishment chucked in)

Sorry Clive, but nothing to do with your thread. I own a plastic boat.
I am thinking of moving from the upper Thames to the South Coast and am seeking a marina with reasonable facilities and charges.
What is Langstone Harbour like in this respect ?
Cheers.

I do not know when we will be in the water but I would like to keep in touch for the future. I have a 24 foot steel topsail gaff cutter at Mylor.

How early is early?

I have an Alan Buchanan steel cutter which is in London at the moment and plan to come down to the South Coast at Easter.
