Haslar Gibb SP2 manual

Does anybody have a manual for the Haslar Gibb SP2 self steering gear I could copy? I am also after a servo blade and wind vane or some drawings from which to make them. Alternatively is there anybody in the Plymouth area who could led me them as a pattern to make my own.

I have some pics of the vane and i can remember the size etc of the tab
