Buying a Searay 220 (1991 model)

I am looking at buying a Searay 220 (1991 model) 4 berths with a 270HP Mercruiser with low hours. Greatful for any comments about problems with the boats or points to look for

Better to have high hours and plenty of evidence of servicing.

I like the Searay 220 and nearly got one before I turned to sail. Certainly the best of the American branded sports cruisers in it's class.
