Cleaning perspex windows of fogging

My Achilles 24 has the original plastic windows - somewhat scratched, fogged atc. What are the best materials for cleaning/restoring them?

There's not much you can do about deep scratches but Brasso will take of some of the fogging and general bloom. Slow and arm aching work but works with perseverence.
