Rowbotham Tankships

Hello all,
i started my life at sea with Rowbothams, a coastal and near continental tanker company. I sometimes see photos of them in the magazine. does anyone have any info about them or know where i can get some, thanks.

the company has changed hands several times and is now James Fisher and Sons ltd

I was with Hullgates Shipping, whom Rowbothams bought.
Then Rowbothams was bought by P&O Tankships,who after a few years sold all there coastal tankers to James Fishers.
Sadly the majority of ships are gone now, as they are over 25 years old. Eastgate,Westgate,Irishgate and Northgate,which i served on as mate from new. all went about 2 years ago.
Now Fishers like most of the coastal tanker owners are replacing there fleet with new buildings.
