I will book table/tables for 8.00 pm, once I have an idea of numbers.
Accommodation should be available, book direct with hotel, when details have been finalized.

Looks like a minimum of 12. I have found venues with accommodation near to the M1 corridor, but without the atmosphere of the Saracen's Head. Do you guys want in house accommodation, or shall I just book a big table, at the Saracen's, and those that need a room find one locally?
