The Oostendevooranker website has been down for a few days...... i've been using www.oostendevooranker.be (http://www.oostendevooranker.be).... is that the right one?

Yes - when they update it, it always goes down.

Looks like, according to Roger's link, that while the Tourist office is shut, so is the website!
