Hi bob t
Last year the captain of the KOS - ATHENS ferry decided to tie up at KALYMNOS for the night
A GIRLFRIEND IN EVERY PORT NO DOUBT.
Then the fun started !!!
Had to book a cabin.
This 12 hour delay meant missing our Easyjet flight.
Piraeus was given the thumbs down and a decent hotel was demanded.
Two nights later after a very pleasant stay in central ATHENS, having bought
new Easyjet tickets to LONDON-GLASGOW and approximately £500 the poorer continued homeward.
Hoping for a less eventful outward journey this year
Where is the Pythogorion Hotel and how much for a room with private facilities.
Could fly ?? but only 01.15 between arrival from LONDON and take off to KOS
Cheers

I regularly visit Piraeus on business and when wanting someehere clean and cheap (it is spotlessly clean and very efficient - good bathrooms for the price) I stay in the Posidonio. I have just moved house and packed the number but it will be in the lists and I can recommend it.

For luxury, the Athenaeum Intercontinental. Depends if I want to impress someone or not.
