Can anyone tell me what the electrical glow around a ships mast is called. This is the last question on my crossword and I am going crazy trying to find out. The letters I have so far are:-

(2,5,4) _T / _L_O_ / F_R_

If anyone can help me or point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.
