Apols if this has a thread elswehere, I did look - honest.
Is anyone boating round to The Jumble this month? I am thinking about sea-trialing a new spec inflatable out of Hayling and this looks like a good excuse.
I'm moored about a mile downriver from Beaulieu, so may be going by dinghy. If you're proposing to get up to the site by boat you will need to watch the tides - the stand at HW is quite short and most of the rest of the time there is nothing but mud. As an alternative, there is usually a shuttle bus service from Buckler's Hard, so you could stop there - but prepare your wallet for trauma!
Beaulieu boat jumble is not until April /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Crikey it takes a long time to get a reply on here sometimes! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
This thread was created on the 9th of April 2006, and now look - a whopping two replies.
Looks like their queuing already...
I never did go last year, in the end.
It'll be 29th April this year; given the appalling traffic jams that can build up on the narrow surrounding lanes, it's probaby not a bad idea to set off some time soon..... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
