After 2 months of frustration looking for leaks and mending the clockwork with nothing better to do than scribe forgettable posts (you noticed?) it just might be 'On' after all. This Scuttlebutt event I mean.

What's the latest on the weather then? SWMBO has already heard about surf from that hurricane while Mike Powell has just promised fresh W or SW winds on Friday - surely not! But it won't take much for her to hide my passport and confiscate the leftover euros.

Oh, IF I make it the preferred charity will definitely be the RNLI - do forget anything I said about THE extravagance of a lifeboat tow . . .

The last time I visited was to help David & Cheryl get back after their first foreign cruise. That must have been in the previous century!!
