Dont know. But look up your nearest heating oil man in the yellow pages and get it from him. Most have a pump for just a few gallons.

I got some (80 litres) today from Kinch Oil in Minety (approx 13 miles from Swindon) 48p a litre. No restriction on what you buy and they also sell 25 litre empty drums for £5
