Lymington Yacht Haven has always been the place of choice for the local fishermen. It always used to be cheap regardless of quantity, and I always paid by CC.

Lymington Yacht Haven - best price is for more than 300litres, paid for by cash or debit card. Price increases a few pence for lesser quantities, but I'm not sure the exact limits - give them a call if you're interested or heading that way.
