Maidstone River Festival 30th July 2005.

You'll be left with a non flybridge version, and "very fast" means about 8 knots I guess. By the way did you see the seals on Margate Sands yesterday?

ps got up to 11.5 knots and kept it up for about half hour with no buzzer ringing in our hears.

Er prob No,Only 12ft head room on mhw and a reckon if your draft is a lot,then no sneaking up super early to get a another 3 feet either.Several big fly bridge beasts up there but they all must have hinged radar arches or a set of wheels to be able to get under Aylesford Bridge
Worth a look by car though.Fireworks normally about 9.30 or 10pm.
Ref the bridge,offered to let Unit18 borrow my chainsaw last year in a spirit of boaty helpfulness,but claimed he keeps getting lost if he turns right after leaving his moorings and anyway did not want his boat ending up looking like some canal barge.
Welcome to take a trip up with me if you want to see what the infamous bridge looks like on Friday 29th.Will leave Rochester about 5 pm and get to Maidstone around 8pm.
