Went out for a couple of hours yesterday afternoon with Graham on Banjo. We had the forum burgee up and it was beautiful and a really fantastic introduction to sailing in the Bristol channel for me.
One thing that was worrying me though, on the way out we were on the starboard tack and I helmed for most of it. On the way back, on the port tack as we approached the lock gates, Graham had the helm. When we got back to the pontoon, he told me that this entitled him to three of the four doughnuts in the pack and I was only entitled tto one.
Is this correct, or have I been hoodwinked?

I'm learning to spot the small things. When you were rowing back I remember thinking that the tender looked lower in the water than when you went out. 'It must have developed a leak' I thought.......

You need to keep a close eye on Graham when it comes to food. He was showing a lot of interest in my bacon sandwhich at CBYC boat jumble last week.

Last time I saw Graham, it was not a lot of interest that he was showing, but a lot of bacon
