Hi all, Are there any public slipways between Penarth and Porthcawl that No 2 son can use for his speedy boat? Cheers Dave

There is Penarth but you need to pay the council, Barry is the same or Sully but i think there seems to be a lot of theft from cars there. This was going back a few years though. Best place is Cardiff Bay at the community centre. OR join CBYC or CYC

Thanks Andy he is using the Cardiff Bay one but wanted to meet friends on the beach at the Gower.

You can launch dinghys at Port Eynon on the Gower across the beach.The carpark is by the slipway down onto the beach.
