Hermees is a long keel motorboat built in 1963, the keelbolts were drawn just before I acquired her in 2000, Should I put a spanner on them or leave well alone.
ps all is well and no problems.

Have you put Hermees aground or done anything else to stress the keel? If the answer is no .....leave well alone.

Check them every 10 years. Doing these means they continue to be easy and quick to remove, and you are fully aware of their condition for that feel-good factor.
