Can anyone please remember a person on UK sky tv around 4years ago, he had a series about restoration and repairs of old wooden craft. I think it may have been one of the Documen channels, i just wish to get a copy of this program as it was very very interesting series. many thanks in advance Scrumpy

The prog still runs from time to time on Freeview Channels. Always cheers me up when I come across it. Brilliant little series. I'd love to see a fresh series. PLEASE Seanick?

Second to Searush - Getting Afloat was the best informed most entertaining boaty presented TV prog I've ever seen - half the joy was in the knowledge and enthusiasm, the other half in decent production (despite the naff theme tune!) - decent sound & film quality showed it wasn't an amateur with a handycam.
Seanick - If you're not sure we want more, then take my vote as a resounding call for more. Please.

gets my vote as well for more - just watched a re-run of two episodes back to back last night on one of the home and leisure (or whatever it's now called) channels on Sky
Superb - entertaining and informative !

Thanks for the votes guys, it was great fun, and a little neve racking.......however the producer has retired to France, Stu the camera man has moved onto big BBC stuff, and me, well it took 9 months on and off to make it, and my customers got put on the back burner, and I would not do that to them again. On the up side, I am living with the researcher and we have a lovely little baby! The Sharpie, Morris and Tessa the dog are still going strong. Oh yes, no I DON'T get repeat fees !!!!
