Coming up from St Vaast SE of Barfleur there are some pot buoys on very long floating lines. Make sure that you round them on the leeward / down current side!

There's one less now. One of them round my props caused a lift out in Chebourg. I saw the buoys in time and gave a wide berth - saw the floating line too late. wish I had read your post first.
