be warned - lots of pot buoys here, without flags, and they often sink a foot or two underwater in the spring tides.
the whole of the north cornwall coast has similar problems with pot buoys up to 5 miles off shore and in 30m of water - usually within a radius of a small settlement. didgy coastline to have problems!

We sail fairly regularly from S Wales along the N Cornwall coast. Need a constant look out for pots - notice that they are very thoughtfully marking them with black marker flags recently - easy to see at night !!!!!!
