It was a pleasure to read about GM4 being afloat again. I live in New Zealand, but I'll hope to be in Sydney when GM4 calls in. Did you know Francis Chichester's birthday was 17th September? My wife and I had a champagne breakfast to celebrate. We set a place for Francis, poured him a glass of champers and toasted his birthday. We even had a signed copy of Along the Clipper Way opened to reinforce the occasion. You know, we really felt his "presence" during the breakfast.
